How do we get started?

It starts with a conversation — no forms to fill out, no sales pitch. You tell us what's going on in your business, and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help and what that might look like. Most engagements begin with a discovery session where we map out your current situation and identify the highest-impact opportunities.

Do you work with small businesses or only large enterprises?

Both. We work with sole traders, SMBs, mid-market businesses, and enterprise organisations across Australia. The problems are often the same — the scale is just different. We tailor our approach and our pricing to suit the size and complexity of your business.

How long does a typical engagement take?

It depends entirely on the scope. A focused automation project might take two to four weeks. A full technology strategy engagement might run over several months. We'll give you a clear timeline upfront — and we don't drag things out. Our goal is to deliver value as quickly as possible.

Do you lock clients into long-term contracts?

For project-based work, no — you pay for the project and that's it. For ongoing managed services, we do have service agreements, but we're transparent about the terms and we don't hide exit clauses in fine print. If we're not delivering value, we'd rather you tell us than feel trapped.

What kinds of systems and platforms do you work with?

We're platform-agnostic. We work with whatever you're already using — whether that's Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Xero, SAP, custom-built software, or anything in between. We don't push particular vendors; we recommend what's right for your situation.

Can you automate processes that involve multiple different software tools?

Yes — that's actually one of our specialities. Most automation opportunities sit at the intersection of two or more systems. We build the connections and workflows that make those systems talk to each other, so data flows automatically without anyone having to re-enter it.

What's included in your managed services?

Our managed services cover proactive monitoring and maintenance of your IT environment, a responsive helpdesk for your team, regular health checks and reporting, security patching, and strategic guidance to keep your technology aligned with your business as it grows. We act as your outsourced IT department — or as an extension of your existing team.

Do you provide support after a project is delivered?

Yes. We don't build something and disappear. Every project includes a handover period, and we offer ongoing support and managed services for clients who want continued coverage. We're invested in the long-term success of what we build.

How do you charge for your services?

It depends on the type of engagement. Project work is typically scoped and priced as a fixed fee so you know exactly what you're up for. Managed services are priced on a monthly retainer based on the size and complexity of your environment. We'll always give you a clear proposal before any work begins.

How do we know if the investment will be worth it?
